I collaborated closely with product managers and developers to shape PrepPro’s user experience. My focus was on conducting user research, defining behavior-driven personas, mapping user journeys, contributing to the interface design, and crafting adaptive flows.

Using qualitative insights and survey patterns, we built 3 key personas
🧩 Affinity Mapping
We used affinity mapping to organize insights from user interviews, surveys, and usability sessions. This helped us identify recurring patterns and focus areas based on real user behavior.

We explored ideas based on real struggles faced by aspirants across 50+ competitive exams. These were grouped into themes like structure, motivation, and trust — and each concept was tested for clarity, usefulness, and relevance across different prep journeys.
