Even with awareness of online fraud, people often donât act. Security tools are so confusing that itâs unclear what to do. Thereâs no instant signal or clear visibility of the issue. As a result, users stay confused, inactive, and unsure if theyâre safe in real time.
We wanted to know what people are thinking about online security, so we started asking some questions!
We did interviews and surveys.
1) We talked to people, asking them,
âDo you know what phishing is? Have you been hacked?â
2) We also sent out a survey to 50+ people and asked things like,
âDo you feel safe shopping online?â
60% of people had experienced phishing attacks, but only 25% knew how to recognize them.
Most people are using security tools, but they donât understand them. They feel Confused.
People want security thatâs like âset it and forget it.â They donât want to keep fiddling with settings.
India faced 135,173 financial phishing attacks in early 2024, a 175% increase compared to the same period in 2023.

These screens are designed in such a way that the user does not face any problem in onboarding. First sign-up, then login, followed by 2FA setup and password recovery â everything happens step-by-step in a smooth flow.
The design of the app is absolutely user-friendly. Features like fraud protection, two-factor authentication, and threat selection are easily accessed.
This dashboard is designed in such a way that users get a clear and simple overview of their security status. Be it a scan, reporting an issue or tracking a complaint â everything is within immediate access.
Features like high-risk alert, fraud score and panic button have been provided so that in case of any problem, users can take immediate action. The layout is also very simple â buttons are easy to find, and auto-scan works silently in the background, without bothering the user.
